职位描述
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and secretarial support, e.g. set up interview.
- Draft Chinese and English job description, develop PowerPoint services proposal and check formatted CV
- Use various research and database tools to identify candidates
- Assume responsibility of pre-interview screening, evaluate resumes and applications accordingly to the guidelines of seniors
- Perform online research, integration, prepare management reports and preform analysis
- Administer the engagement and database management system. Maintain and update the records
- Perform other duties assigned by seniors in relation to searches
Requirements
- Bachelor and above degree, at least 3 years working experience in human resources administration and recruitment
- Good commercial awareness and computer skills such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Patient and attention to details
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, independent and able to work as a team with positive attitude. Able to build trust and strong sense of confidentiality
- Passionate in understanding hiring-positions, industries and client needs. Prior Knowledge in commercial field, banking and finance industry will be an advantage
- Pleasant personality and is a team player with good sense of responsibility and sensitivity to people
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)

- 使用各种方法和数据库搜寻候选人
- 负责面试前筛选,按照上级要求评估简历和申请
- 进行网上数据查询及整合,分析, 编制管理报告和完成相关分析工作
- 管理项目和数据库管理系统,维护和更新相关記錄
- 完成上级安排的其他工作
岗位要求
- 本科或以上学历,有3年或以上的相关人力資源行政及招聘經驗工作经历
- 具备良好的商业意识和计算机技能,如MS Word, Excel, PPT和中文文字处理
- 耐心且注重细节
- 较强的人际关系和人际关系建设能力,独立且能够以积极的态度与团队合作,能够建立信任和具备强烈的保密意识
- 热衷于了解招聘职位、行业和客户需求,具备商业、银行和金融行业知识者优先考虑
- 性格开朗,具备团队合作精神,责任心强且与人交往比较敏感
- 具备较好的中英文口语和书面表达能力,含普通话和粤语
