Main Responsibilities:

  

1. Responsible for daily management of QA department, including IQC\IPQC\OQC\DCC, etc.;

2. Lead company procedures review and ISO 9001 system maintenance annual audit;

3. Lead CAR and 8 D analysis for customer complaints and suppliers quality issues;

4. Lead Measuring tools, testing gauges, device management and calibration.

5. Coordinating of 3rd party factory inspection/auditing;

6. Assist GM to follow up other assigned tasks

            

 

  

Qualification & Requirement:

  

1. Bachelor degree in Engineering or related,8 years or more working experience on quality and relative field with at least 3 years in managerial position.

2. Solid experience of using quality management tools (FAI, Quality plan, 8D,…) and SPC experience. Familiar with basic tools of dimensional measuring, electric testing, etc..

3. Mature and good communication skills, fine interpersonal skill, good team player;

4. Good leadership, strong problem solving and decision making skill;

5. Excellent written English skills and fluent oral English is a plus.

6. Prefer WOFE related working experience and pump products knowledge will be a plus.

7. Integrity, honesty, and good professional ethics.
