任职要求:
1.大专以上学历,国际贸易及商务英语专业,CET 4 以上或同等能力水平
2.1年以上同岗位经验,有同行经验优先
3.具有商务知识,国际经济贸易知识及阿里巴巴国际站操作经验,有展会经验优先.
4.能承受较大的工作压力,有团队合作精神,认同企业文化,传播正能量

岗位职责:
1.根据市场发展和公司战略规划,协助上级进行市场分析、制定销售预测和业务开展计划
2. 协助上级制定部门销售任务指标、计划与策略、确保部门业务的有效拓展
3. 通过B2B平台、国内、外展会资源独立开展外贸业务,能在互联网中独立开发新客户,优化客户资源及维护老客户
4. 接收客户订单和询价,准确报价,合理确认交期
5.做好员工关系维护,随时与直接下属及部门内员工访谈及时了解员工动态,确保员工稳定
6.协助部门业务员解决突发性及异常问题, 协助其他部门完成临时性支援工作
7.服从工作安排,及时完成公司交办的其它工作任务
