1. 环境健康安全管理 EHS Risk Managment

  

- 按照PIP原则，试点、监控和更新专业风险评估文件，负责风险发现和改进检查。

Pilot, monitor, control and update the professional risk assessment document in PIP principle, responsible for risk findings and improvement checking.

  

- 组织有效的EHS现场内部审核流程，组织定期的EHS内部巡检，领导部门对发现的风险和不合格问题采取改进措施。

Organize effective EHS site internal audit process, organize periodical EHS internal tour check , lead the department take improvement action to risk & un-qualify findings.

  

- 监督和控制现场行为，遵守国内EHS的规定，组织和优化化学品库存和废物处理控制Monitor& control the site behavior obey to the domestic EHS compliance, organize and optimize the chemical stock & waste treatment control

- 工作人员的工作风险观察和评估。
与职能领导合作执行有效的事件消除行动计划，符合EHS要求，跟踪工作事故并触发相应的行动计划。

Staff bahavior risk observation and assessment (eg. LOTO/ Nearmiss/ LTA Risk ), coperation with functional leader to implement the effecitve incident elimination action plan by EHS compliance, follow-up of work accidents and trigger the corresponding action plans. 

2.环境健康安全投诉控制 EHS Complaince Control

  

-通过内部EHS体系优化，实施和领导EHS外部认证项目，随时准备第三方认证审核，并对公司业务有效。

Conduct and lead the EHS external qualification projects by internal EHS system optimization, always readiness for certificate audit by the third partners, and effective for company business.

  

- 与全球EHS公司保持有效的沟通，确保工厂的EHS性能符合全球战略要求。
定期向全球提供有效的现场EHS报告和改进点。

Keep effective communication with Glolbal EHS coporation, ensure the site EHS performance meet Global strategy requirement base on announced group regulations. Provide the effective site EHS report  to Global periodically with improvement points.

  

-负责内部和外部EHS审核工作，并领导部门采取改进措施，在审核期限内发现并有效评估。

Key holder of internal and external audit about EHS, and lead the department to take improvement action in audit finding within deadline and effective assessment.

- 与当地社区、组织的环境和安全绩效保持积极的关系。
消防、安全生产监督、环境保护、警务、卫生管理、特种设备管理

Maintain positive relationships with the local community, the environmental and safety performance of the organization (eg. Fire prevention, safety production supervision, environmental protection, police, health management, special equipment's management)

3. 环境健康安全政策和体系优化 EHS Policy & System Optimization

  

- 制定公司环境、职业健康和安全操作程序和控制体系，确定安全政策，确保其实施并定期更新。

Formulate company's environmental, occupational health and safety operation procedures and control systems, define the security policy, ensures its implementation and update them regularly.

- 执行和定期回顾EHS项目，如环境/健康/安全评估，EHS标准化

Conduct implement and regular review EHS projects such as environment/ health/safety assessment, EHS standardization

4. 环境健康安全培训 和EHS Training & Evaluation

 提供有关EHS程序的培训，包括相关知识和实施技能，以提高员工的安全操作意识和处理EHS事故的紧急情况的能力。

Provide training on the EHS procedure, including related knowledge and implement skills to enhance the staff safety operation sense and emergency case handling capability in EHS accident issue by various coaching skill.

  

5. 特种设备控制 Special Equipment Control

  

建立特种设备管理制度，定期组织特种设备及相关安全附件的检查和校准。
确保各种设备(机器、人身防护设备等)符合要求

Set up special equipment's management system, organize regular inspection and calibration of special equipment's and relevant safety accessories. Ensure compliance of various equipment (machines, Person Protective equipment etc.)

 

岗位要求：

1.本科学历，化工/环保专业优先

Bachelor’s degree required, major in Chemical / environment protection is a plus

2. 有独资工业公司管理工作经验。

Over 5 Years EHS management working experience in WOFE industry company.

3. 中国安全管理员证书或安全工程师证书

China Safety Administrator Certification or Safety Engineer certification

4. 良好的英语读写和口语能力，熟练使用办公电脑

luently reading and writing and oral in English, Proficient at office computer skills

5. 熟悉ISO 45001体系、环境和安全管理体系

Be familiar with ISO 45001 system, environment and safety management system

6. 性格开朗，以服务为导向，自我激励，精力充沛

Pleasant personality, service-oriented, self-motivated, energetic

7. 独立解决问题，但也要有团队精神
