岗位职责：

1、负责仓库的日常管理与监督：仓库来料验收、发料、包装、发货、盘点和记账及汇总等日常工作；

2、掌握发货与库存的动态变化：确保及时、完整、正确的提供库存动态信息，确保帐、卡、物相符；协助生产主管:对库存进行管理和分析，及时向采购部提出补货计划；

3、 按要求完成相关报表，对各类单据的保存和归档，定期库存盘点；                           

4、了解所存物资的质量现状，避免存货超储、短缺、毁坏等现象，确保库存物资安全；

5、提出连续改进方法和技巧，提高效率、降低成本；

6、有效配合公司整体业务运作需求、公司相关部门的协调和沟通工作。

 

任职要求：

1、中专学历，专业不限，物流管理、运输管理、供应链管理类专业优先

2、1年以上库存计划、控制相关领域操作工作经验； 
3、熟悉仓储库存管理流程，掌握进销存管理基本知识，有志于物流行业发展；
4、熟练操作办公管理软件。 
5、良好的沟通、分析能力及团队合作精神，工作认真，责任心强。

经过考核的发展方向：组长（HOLON长）→ 主任。
