Main Responsibilities:
1. Take full responsibility of the daily operation of customer service function, that handles all initial inquires from customers, dealers, and general public regarding order placement, complaints, etc. to ensure a smooth end to end ordering process
2. Work with go-direct sales team to promote web business and build up a strong web order handling team to resolve problems.

3. Work closely with finance team on receivable collections.
4. Monitor order run rate and sales performance, escalation to sales management on off-plan situations and work with sales leaders to achieve sales targets.

5. Build up a training mechanism to make sure new comers to be able to do the CS function in a shortest time and dynamic knowledge sharing within the team.

6. Streamline the OTC process and make sure the SOP to be most updated.
7. Build up call center work mechanism for go-direct business to provide professional service to customers through calls

8. Work closely with TA on recruitment to make sure people readiness aligned with sales strategy.

9.General reports to manage CS performance as per KPI.


Requirement:
1. Bachelor/Master degree in biology and related majors
2. 5~10 year + working experience including 2 years customer service practice in related industry and 2 years people management experience
3. Good command of English and PC skills
4. Excellent communicational and organizational skills, interpersonal skill
5. This is a senior leadership position that requires excellent team building capability, ability to manage changes and outstanding execution ability through being resourceful, influential, flexible (ability to work around issues)
