Position: Digital Planner/Supervisor

Location: Shanghai

Role Summary:

The ideal candidates will have a solid relationship with the digital media marketplace and have circa 2 years of digital media experience in the PR China marketplace

Job Responsibilities:

• Directly reports to the digital planning manager (China) in Shanghai office.
• Be instrumental in delivering a constant stream of digital ideas, on-strategy, within budget and capable of being executed.
• Ensure excellence in execution of digital media plans and be capable of reviewing results and recommending improvements in future campaign planning.
• Maintaining constant contact with the key digital players in the on-line and digital space and negotiating hard on digital costs and opportunities to add value.
• Keeping abreast of the digital space generally and recommending opportunities as and when they emerge.
• Working alongside the team to grow our digital output, and surprise and delight our clients

Requirement:

• Min 3 years media planning experience in 4A agencies, good understanding of the work flow of digital advertising
• Able to work independently and is a self starter
• Experience in generating spot plans and of negotiating/buying digital campaigns across different buying models
• Good communication and presentation skills. Able to convince and influence other effectively.
• Able to prioritize jobs & communicate these priorities to the team and motivate all members.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English both in conversation & writing.
• Computer knowledge, especially PPT in English is a must
• Experience in technology products and telco is preferred
