Our customer is an European company, as a global specialty chemicals leader, is headquartered in Shanghai. With more than 15 companies in China specializing in the production of performance materials (Polyamide), functional chemicals (Novecare and Silcea) and services (Energy Services; and a global R&D center, where more than 100 scientists create innovative products in the automotive, electronics, home and personal care, oilfield and agricultural formulations fields.


JOB CONTEXT

1. To achieve sales budget in China in PPD , Autocat. And other segments .

2. To develop new business & customer in China

3. By keeping good communication & relation ship through matured human relation ship skills with customers

a) to get commercial & marketing information

b) to keep smooth business with problem solving when issue occurred


Briefly describe the principal problems (challenges) to resolve, and difficulties to overcome


1. - New customer development among competitors

2. Protect & grow share under tough competition with competitors who are offering lower price than us to aim to get share from us who has high share.

3. To know more unknown market & customer where we are missing and competitors selling


* Education Level

University / College graduation

Business level English conversation

Business level English reading and writing


* Length of Working Experience

More than 5 years experience as a Sales or Marketing person
