responsibilities:


  • Lead the development and implementation of an effective internal communication plan in Greater China: Actively pursue two-way communication between executives/leaders and employees, in order to ensure employees understand the strategies/priorities and embrace them
  • Systematically create communication deck and consistent messages to help managers cascade information to employees
  • Help collect feedback/comments from employees back to the leadership
  • Explore multi-channels communications in both management and employee communications (such as social media, intranet, leadership meetings, employee forums, etc.)
  • Closely work with HR and work out communication plan.
  • Partner/collaborate with internal colleagues in China (such as industry marketing communications, site leaders, remote office leaders, government affairs) and other leaders as needed, to integrate communication messages & tools with their key initiatives
  • Provide communication guidance to The Company China Business & Technology
    Center (CBTC) Leadership and make sure the effective communication strategy to strengthen The Company’s reputation in the local community
    Oversee management/employee communications, with particular focus on leveraging the employee audience toward business goals and enhancing employee engagement
  • Play an active role in Site Staff meeting from a communicator’s point of view.
    Lead CBTC Site Community Relation efforts to advance the Company reputation through community relation projects



Additional duties and responsibilities:

Provide China insights and contribute to the strategic development of the Global Internal Communication Communications plan:
  • Active participation to the global/regional internal communication projects. Might take the lead on specific projects assigned


  • Language skills:

    • Excellent English language skills are required, capable of communicating in oral and written format with a global audience.
    • Excellent Chinese (Mandarin) language skills required for effective idea translation and interpretive counsel.
    • Good command of Japanese is a plus.
