职位说明：

1. 具备从产品指标到物理实现的RFIC 设计能力

2. 参与RFIC设计团队中并能完成其中主要的模块设计

3. 述职于RFIC设计经理


任职要求：

1. 硕士或以上学位，并在相关的领域有3年以上工作经验

2. 在模拟，混合信号及射频集成电路设计方面有很好的理论基础

3. 熟悉版图设计并能为版图设计和验证提供指导意见

4. 精通主流的EDA设计工具

5. 在以下设计设计领域有实际设计经验者优先：LNA， Mixer， VGA，ADC， DAC， PLL， VCO等

6. 具备实验室测试以及调试经验者优先

7. 具备VerilogA，ADS等建模经验者优先

8. 有bluetooth设计经验者优先考虑 (有蓝牙相关设计和量产经验者优先)
