工作职责：
1. 负责组织销售部门流程规范的制定、执行与监督；
2. 负责销售日常培训及质检，确保每位助教及时、正确了解公司各类信息；
3. 定期开展宣讲/答疑，确保助教熟知流程/制度/工具，并能规范开展工作；
4. 负责销售部门流程优化的推进、管理及发放SOP；
5. 负责监察销售工作流程是否依照各项SOP执行，稽核不合格员工，并跟踪其后续问题解决；
6.积极完成交办的其他相关工作。
职位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，一年及以上QA工作经验；
2. 精通Excel、Visio，并能熟练使用Office办公软件；
3. 具有较强的学习能力，分析和处理解决问题的能力，能够从工作中总结经验；
4. 人际交往能力强，语言表达能力突出，有较强的组织协调能力，及良好团队合作意识；
5. 教育培训，销售，客户服务等相关工作经验者可适当放宽要求。
