职位描述
Job Duties:
- Responsible for business development of the relevant product (air freight) in line with the strategy of sales management and corporate.
- Establish and build customer relationship through regular customer visits.
- Drive air freight business development through ECU products and service offerings
- Take ownership and responsibilities for individual performance goals (Volume and GP)
- Develop new customers and maintain the existing business, as well as expanding the business scope
- Collect market information and share feedback to the management
-Prepare timely and accurate reports as required by Country Manager and regional office, for the purposes of evaluating performance and formulating strategies.
-Establish relationship and work closely with their governing bodies and members
-Plan, organize and direct Business Development Group through day-to-day management in order to achieve targeted revenues and profitability.
-Ensure open communication of management policies and business strategies among business development group
Requirements:
-Bachelor and above, at least 7 years working experience, and at least 5 years solid experience in the sales and marketing of logistic product (air freight, etc.)
-Good presentation skills.
- A convincing personality, with good command of English
-Good organization, interpersonal, consultative skill,
-Good local thinking and analytical skills
-Excellent Microsoft Excel and PPT skills
-Customer Focus, good negotiation skill
-Basic consultative skill
-Ability to influence people
-Ability to work under stress
