岗位职责：

1. 指导学生专题论文写作；    

2. 同时担任四到五个不同课型；

3. 需要配合中文部课程的规划与协调；   

4. 参与部门教材编写； 

5. 参加IB相关培训，并用相关理论支持学校和部门工作。

6. 部门主管安排的其它工作。

岗位要求

1. 重点大学本科及以上学历水平，硕士及以上学历优先，语言与文学专业优先；

2. 有认可的教师资格证；

3. 具备坚实的中国文学和语言科班训练基础及良好的中国文化素养，接受过IBO学务部门提供的中文教师课程培训（IBDP Chinese Workshop Training）或获聘为IBO语言科目考官或是培训官（IBDP Examiner or Workshop Leader）的申请者优先；

4. 教授过不同学科组的课程，至少两年的IB中文教学经验，有DP中文教学经验优先；

5. 优秀的团队合作能力，具有良好的处理师生关系的能力，能够迅速适应新环境或者新理论。
