Responsibility:

l  To fulfill recruitment needs, including but not limit to channels and platforms development.

l  Partner with HRBP and lead T&A team to understand business’s objectives and talent needs, covering global function of retail, office and factory.

l  Get connected with target universities to build a good school-enterprise relationship. Then initiate School-enterprise programs to promote our brand and fulfill the hiring needs.

l  Manage HR Experienced Recruiting function knowledge to ensure sustained development of the function.

l  Drive the best recruitment practice sharing and implementation in the company.

l  Perform other national wide recruitment projects or related tasks as assigned.

 

Requirement:

l  More than 5 years recruitment/HR experience in a sizable organization, preferably from retail industry.

l  Familiar with recruitment systems, tools and processes, with data analytical skills.

l  COE recruiting or headquarter talent acquisition experience much preferred.

l  Good communication, influencing skill and problem-solving skills.

l  Highly customer-oriented thinking & project management skills.

l  Result orientation and ability to work in fast-paced and pressurized environment.

l  High energy level with strong customer service mind set & can-do attitude.

l  Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources Management, or related industrial science discipline.

l  Good command of English; speaking French is a plus.
