Job description:  

* Handle sales requires and order follow up including production and shipment.  

* Manage and well control the customers' information including shipping instruction and delivery control.    

* Coordinating with various departments to ensure completeness and validity of customer's orders.  

* Ensure customer's queries are responded accurately & efficiently according to company procedures and service standard.

* To assist and back up other team members and provide accurate supports to sales team.   

   Requirements:  

 * 2+ years working experiences.  

* Fluent English both in oral and written.

* A good command of Microsoft Office, Excel and other necessary computer skills.      

* Strong interpersonal communication   skills and sense of customer service, teamwork.
