To practically lead the sales and take responsibility on the sales and manage a sales team of 8 staffs.

Salary and other benefits will be discussed only with candidates who fits the requirements of the company for this position.

Requirements:

• Maintain old customers, and use all kinds of sales platforms to develop new customers

• Analysis market data, create sales target and make strategies to fulfill it

• Manage independently sales team including Development for new items and OEM’s

• Cooperate with other departments

Qualifications:

• Residency and work permit in GZ.

• Proven successful experience in International sales

• Preferably experience in International sales of fashion or consumer goods

• Preferably experience and familiar also with ONLINE sales

• Foreign languages: English a MUST, preferably other foreign languages like French, Spanish

• Proven experience in managing sales team

• Very strong sense and orientation of achieving sales results

• “Hungry Sales animal”

• Must: travelling abroad 3-4 times /year
