Job description:

• Work on with manufacture and CM to review the fixture design and commit the deliver.
• Push supplier to make sure the entire deliver on time with high quality.
• Buy-off the fixture prior to deliver it to production.
• Fixture & tooling management maintain for NPI & MP.
• Manage and instruct the technician to finish the daily task
• Focus on the cost reduction & lean from fixture design point.
• Know how to develop the ”smart solution” and guide the supplier manufacture the can shorten the lead time with smart design.
• Weekly report & update to top management for all the fixture status.

Job requirements:

Mandatory:

• High skill in design of wave soldering pallet, selective pallet, washing pallet, coating pallet and other assembly fixture.
• Be proficient in the various fixture material, fixture manufacturing process & design.
• Be proficient in the various fixture design software such as solidworks , Siemens UG & NX.
• More than 5 years on fixture design and manufacturing working experience in EMS.
• Academic degree in Mechanical engineering.
• 3-5 Years of experience in multidisciplinary company.
• Creative, “Out Of Box” thinking, Multi-tasking. Self-motivated, self-maintained and able to take the initiative to solve problems.
• “Team player”- know how to work in a group.
• High skills in English, speaking and writing
