Job description

• Verify and monitor all production flow are correct.
• Monitor Yields and alert on regular basis.
• To support CM to solve daily process and engineering issue.  
• Leading new process study and introduction to CM
• To be an engineering window to work with CM & SE engineering in HQ.
• Leading process improvements in EMS site
• Focal point for technical, engineering related to SE product to the EMS team.
• Working as the Plant Industrialization and Launch Team member in the definition, implementation and monitoring of New Product Industrialization and Launch Activities.
• Implementation and Verification of engineering change at the production site with cooperation with different department in SE.
• Expert in SE products and problem solver focal point to EMS team.  

    

Requirements

    

• Former experience as process engineer in EMS
• Academic degree in Mechanical\Industrial\Electrical engineering.
• 3-5 Years of experience in multidisciplinary company.
• Experience in engineering process and Mass production.
• Creative, “Out Of Box” thinking, Multi-tasking. Self-motivated, self-maintained and able to take the initiative to solve problems.
•  “Team player”- know how to work in a group.
• High skills in English, speaking and writing
