JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Coordinate and manage new product introduction and running (e.g., new product introduction, product line, materials management, etc.) through direct interaction with headquarter project team
2. Overall project schedule management, monitor progress according to the schedule, and guide project decisionmaking to adhere to schedule targets. Guides and resolves resource conflicts and coordinates with different departments and project team/partners to insure on-time delivery 
3. Prepares materials for Request for Proposal (RFP) responses.
4. Supports continuous improvement initiatives, maintain a standardize mothed for cycle time, equipment capacity, run rate for all process
5. Set up STD time, issue the time element and summary of STD time and Headcount for each specific model according to demand
6. Analysis, optimizes the process, balance production line, focus on continual improvement of efficiency and quality by Lean manufactory and stream line concept
7. Factory layout and line set up

      

QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE

1.  Bachelor or above degree in EE or a related field;
2. 5+ year experience in a PM role and 5+ IE experience with layout/line balance/cost down and lean manufactory, etc. knowledge
3. International industrial background, magnetic industry experience is a plus.
4. Proficient in communicating in English, both writing and speaking
5. Able to work under high pressure and open-minded

SkILLS AND COMPETENCIES   

1. Solid project management skills.
2. Proven track record of successful change management accomplishments, implementing and management continuous productivity and cost reduction programs.
3. Skill in New Product Development project/program management, Product Line Management, Cross-functional team management
