Major Responsibilities:

· Initiating action to prevent the occurrence of product non-conformity.

预防措施防止偶发性产品不良。

· Reviewing the quality management system at designated intervals to determine its continued effectiveness and, where appropriate, making changes for improvement.

定期不定期评审质量管理体系以确保质量管理持续有效，并进行适当的修改完善。

· Identifying and recording any quality system problems.

判定和记录任何质量体系问题。

· Ensuring processes and procedures are developed that enhance the quality of the product.

保证工艺和生产过程的完善以加强产品质量控制。

· Balancing quality process goals against business imperatives.

平衡质量过程目标和业务达成。

· Interfacing with customers on quality related issues.

处理客户关于质量问题的投诉

Qualifications and Experience:

任职资格

· Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.

机械，电气，材料，工业工程相关专业本科学历或相当的经验

· Minimum 2 years related experience in automotive industry

至少2年以上相关汽车行业经验。

· Experience in APQP tools and part approval process (PPAP)

掌握APQP和PPAP工具。

· Have a knowledge of Quality Systems Standards, IATF16949.

了解质量体系标准和IATF16949

· Good oral and written communication skills in English. Need English CV

英语听说读写能力好，需要英文简历

· Very good problem solving skills and logical approach.

良好的问题解决能力和逻辑分析能力。

· The experience of being the supplier of Nissan/Toyota/Honda is preferred.

有日产/丰田/本田产品质量经验者优先。
