职责描述：

Juvo+, one of the fastest growing companies in North America (Inc. Magazine - Inc. 500 2017), is seeking a Senior Analytics Manager. The ideal candidate will be performing business analysis in various area with large set of data to drive business improvements and working closely with data engineer team to provide business requirement and insights for data structure design.

Job Description

1. Use advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities

2. Bridge between Analytics team/business user and Data Engineer team to provide business requirement

and insights to help with data quality (accuracy & completeness) and data usability

3. Design & build KPI metrics to track performance in different areas

4. Design reports for different teams as needed, and work with Engineering team to implement

5. Identify and implement process improvements

6. Perform ad hoc analysis, reporting and deliverables

任职要求：

1. Bachelor's degree, or higher, in Finance, Business or Marketing

2. Five (5) years’ experience in business analysis and data analysis required

3. Experience in Ecommerce a plus

4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Database Language (SQL preferred)

5. Strong analytical skills with big data sets and detail oriented

6. Quick starter, strong learning ability

7. Fluent in English
