Supply Chain Planner plays a critical role in ensuring operational and business success. You will be a member of the Supply Chain Planning team, challenged to scale at the pace of the company’s overall growth. You will develop, communicate, and execute end-to-end product demand and supply plans across all channels. Your goal will be to help our supply chain run as smoothly and profitably as possible.

Responsibilities:

工作职责：

? Owner of the replenishment plan, responsible for accurate plan based on inventory, sales forecast, and various supply chain data

返单计划负责人, 结合库存/销售预测等数据，尽可能的提高计划的精准度

? Review and decide whether or not a product is profitable or potentially to replenish, identify seasonality and quality concerns as well

审核产品的盈利情况或者是否有盈利的可能， 结合季节性和质量相关的问题， 判断产品是否应该补货

? Safety stock setting

设置安全库存

? Project sales forecast and considering inventory level including stock on hand and on order quantity, to decide when and what quantity to replenish

根据库存水位和销量预测， 判断补货的时间点以及数量

? Lead the team to be key part in cross-functional cooperation, such as marketing team, logistic and replenish execution team

协调市场/物流/订单执行团队的工作

? Work closely with engineering team to drive system automation and continuously to implement system utilization for replenishment process and support report generation.

与IT团队紧密合作, 推进办公系统自动化，提高数据利用率，提供各类返单相关的数据分析和报表

? Report key metrics for area of (out of stock, over stock, inventory turns), identify potential risk and mitigate the impact by collaborating with related functions.

及时发现问题， 包括断货/库存过剩/周转率等各类事件，与相关职能部门密切合作以识别潜在的风险并减轻影响；

? Compile and analyze replenish execution KPI and identify areas for improvement. Work with functional execution team to optimize operation process.

考核订单执行团队的业绩， 找出有待改进的部分并且优化

Qualification:

任职要求：

? 3 years + working experience in supply chain management, data analysis, demand forecast and inventory planning

3年以上供应链管理,数据分析、需求预测和库存计划等工作经验；

? Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering, mathematics, supply chain management or economics related

本科或以上学历,工程,数学,供应链管理或经济学相关专业；

? Preferred E-commerce, retail background

拥有电子商务,零售背景为佳；

? Strong logical sense, analytical mind with business acumen

超强的逻辑分析能力,与商业敏锐度；

? Proficient in Office/Excel software, Inventory management/planning software

精通Office/ Excel等软件,库存管理/规划系统等

? Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

优秀的口头与书面沟通能力
