Develop and promote FCL product, maintain the brand image, increase the FCL market share.

负责FCL产品开发及推广，维护公司品牌形象 ，提升公司的FCL市场占用率；

Lead the whole FCL team to develop new FCL business, including maintain the current business.

带领整个整箱部门开发新的整箱业务，包括维护好现有的公司业务。

Complete the FCL sales targets.

完成FCL销售目标；

Draft and perfect the FCL operation processes.

制定并完善FCL操作流程；

Establish and maintain good relationship with shipping company and booking agents in local market to acquire competitive booking prices.

在当地维护与船公司以及一代良好的关系，取得有竞争力的报价；

Helping the overseas branches and LCL department to get a competitive price.

协助国外公司以及公司拼箱部门拿到更好的价格资源。

Other assignments assigned by the management.

协助上级要求的其他工作.

Job Requirements岗位要求：

More than 5 years working experience in freight forwarding industry, FCL experience is a must. Working experience in foreign company is preferred.

5年以上货代行业从业经历, 必须有FCL经验, 外企工作经验优先；

Familiar with the shipping market of local Market, could contribute stable FCL volumes.

熟悉当地航运市场，有稳定的FCL客户资源。

Have good resource with carrier, shipping agents, be familiar with the advantages of other competitors.

有较好的船公司的运价资源，并且熟悉宁波各同行的优势信息。

Team management experience is preferred.

有团队管理经验优先考虑。

Good command of written and spoken English.

良好的英文书写及日常的英语口语表达能力；
