岗位职责：

1. Arrange and classify the original certificate and type in the accounting voucher in Oracle system and attach financial statements.
2. Check accounts with suppliers and provide account statements.
3. Verify payment applications of purchasing contracts.
4. Coordinate with finance staff to process monthly closing and prepare monthly reports.
5. Assist on external audit.
6. Prepare monthly and annual budget.
7. Responsible for keeping all of the original certificates.
8. Other jobs assigned by manager.


岗位要求：

1. Good English communication skill.
2. Bachelor’s degree, 1~2 years of experience in accounting.
3. Good understanding of accounting.
4. Be cooperative, careful and responsible, work under pressure. Good communication and coordination skill.
5. Familiar with ERP system, Excel.
6. Excellent team player.
