1 Major responsibilities · Technical documentation system 技术文件体系- Create complete documentation packages including production drawings, bill of materials and fabrication instructions of products. Creates detailed designs and technical illustrations of new products when applicable. This includes but not exclusively:创建完整文档包，包括制造图纸，产品的材料与制造说明书。为新产品的应用创建详细的设计图和技术插图。这包括但不仅限于：o Item database maintenance (存货档案)o Bill of materials creation and maintenance (物料清单)o Manufacturing routing implementation (工艺路线)o Fabrication instructions (WI)- Prepares detailed plans and procedures for product verification and validation activities,为产品的验证和确认活动准备详细的计划和流程。- Documents work by recording data and analysis, updates databases.通过记录数据、分析和更新数据库完成文档相关工作。- Ensures system and documents are current确保体系和文件的更新。- Train concerned dept. to the technical documentation system,向相关部门培训技术文件体系。- Assist other dept. in the comprehension of our technical requirements.协助其他部门理解技术要求。 · Process Engineering 工程工艺- Audit，analyse and implement manufacturing and sourcing process.- Evaluate productivity capacities, factory environment and factlities; budget and manage implementation.- Assists investigation, treatment and follow-up of internal complaints regarding non conformities, tolerances, specifications and manufacturing conditions of products or / components;- Serves as technical troubleshooter to clients after sale is closed and while products is being tested and installed,,may also accompany sales staff during service visits.- 审计，分析和实施制造和采购流程。- 评估生产力，工厂环境和事实; 预算和管理实施。- 协助调查，处理和跟进有关产品或/组件的不合格，容差，规格和制造条件的内部投诉;- 在售后关闭且产品正在测试和安装时，作为客户的技术故障排除者，也可能在服务访问期间陪同销售人员。

2 Qualification and skills

· Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical、industrial Engineering or close.工业工程、机械制造或相关专业本科毕业;· At least 5 years working experience of production, in manufacturing industry，5年以上生产制造业生产经验； · Have sufficient knowledge of mechanical processing, PTC design skills preferred , master of other design tool if not.对机械加工有足够认识，有PTC设计技能者优先，如无其他设计工具者优先· Good at communication and coordination, have good team work spirit and practical ability善于沟通协调，有良好的团队合作精神及实际动手能力;· Good written and spoken English ability, French would be a plus.流利的英语书面和口语能力,会法语者优先。
