JOB SUMMARY

You are a creative 2D/3D designer that ideally has experience in both 2D and 3D projects, and has the overview of the various elements of a brand that is communicated through the identity, product and packaging and the marketing/market activation and communication online and offline.

MAIN TASKS 主要职责

• Brand Design and brand visuals ideation, conceptualization 负责品牌设计、视觉创意以及概念
• Selecting visuals that are in-line of the brand 选择与品牌调性一致的视觉效果
• Concept explanation and strong presentation 善于陈述/表达概念
• Creative proposals and presentation (2D) 负责创意提案和演示文稿 (2D)
• Provide visual proposal for various project teams为项目团队提供视觉建议

SKILLS 技能

• Excellent in all graphic suites, PS, AI, ID, 熟练掌握平面工具 PS/AI/ID
• Able to sketch and communicate ideas 善于手绘图，并表达创意
• Organized working style 善于规整工作方式
• Able to transfer ideas to production teams 善于将视觉效果转为项目执行
• Archiving of files and secure file format transferability 文档存档，并保证文件格式的可传输性

Required knowledge 所需知识

• Presentation skills in Chinese and English 善于用中、英文双语陈述，对能力出众候选人，可适当降低英文水平
• Brand design 品牌设计
• Project management 项目管理

Credentials/Experience 学历/工作背景

• Creative and outstanding art work 具创意，且艺术能力优秀
• Production examples 执行能力强
• Creative branding examples 有从事创意品牌经验
