工作职责：

1、负责公司阿里巴巴平台运营管理；

2、负责网站推广，提高店铺点击率、浏览率、转化率；

3、负责公司阿里巴巴平台日常维护，发布产品更新；

4、负责对市场的信息收集及市场布局；

5、了解和收集网络上各同行及竞争产品的动态信息；

6、定期对阿里巴巴推广效果进行跟踪、评估，给出切实可行的的方案；

7、分析每日商品动态、顾客及营销数据等运营情况，发掘隐含内在的问题，有针对性地提出解决问题

8、做好客户分类管理，整合资源为客户提供有效的解决方案和服务，不断进行创造性的工作来实现销售业绩和客户满意，帮助公司达成市场战略和市场份额的保持；

岗位要求：

1、英语/国际贸易专业

2、熟悉阿里巴巴国际站/国际贸易流程/市场推广方式，对阿里平台操作熟悉，能独立开拓海外客户；

3、英语四级以上，优秀的听、说、读、写能力；具有良好的销售能力、客户管理能力及商务谈判能力；

4、具有较强的业务协调能力，敏锐的洞察力和优秀的市场判断力，抗压能力好。

5、 一年以上外贸阿里运营工作经验，能独立开发客户；

6、能熟练书写英语信函，口语流利，与客户沟通无障碍

7、有参展和出国拜访客户/阿里巴巴平台运营经验优先考虑

8、能吃苦耐劳，勤奋，能适应出差

9、有目标，有激情，热爱销售工作，有团队合作精神
