职责描述：

? Support superior to finish all test tasks to meet the project need

? Organize metrological test activities and metrological lab

? Conduct test on new developed component and material, like battery, electric motor, PCBA, engine, clutch, belt, etc.

? Conduct test for ride on machine and handheld product, like endurance test, field test, etc.

? Conduct other test requested from Project Engineer, like assembly test, etc.

? Analyze and solve the knotty problems in testing

? Finish and manage all test reports in a professional and efficient manner

? Manage test lab and sample room according to 5S

? Manage and maintenance all equipment, facilities and tools in test lab

? Work with vendor to build up new test bench

? Provide technical support to quality and production problems

? Take ad hoc assignments from superior

任职要求：

Qualifications:

? Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics/mechanics engineering

Experience:

? At least 3-5 years experience on electronical/mechanical testing on similar products preferred battery/electric

Knowledge:

? Experience in test (garden tools, motorcycle, auto or similar)

? Knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles of electric/battery motors and components

? Knowledge of basic principles of lithium batteries

? Experience in manufacturing process for electronics/battery products is a plus

? Experience in technical reporting

? Basic knowledge of NX-UG Siemens/ Auto CAD

? Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software

Languages: Fluent English in both oral and written
