职位描述
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Before shipping, compare different shipping agents, choose a shipping agent with good price and service.
2. Handle all import and export shipping, including:
1) booking, cargo pick-up and shipping arrangement.
2) buy insurance.
3) make declaration documents.
4) make invoice and packing list and other documents required by clients(like, CO, 3rd-party invoice etc.) for client import purpose.
5) follow up shipping status, when goods arrive at the destination.
6) inform relevant colleague to confirm with client on the goods arrival.
3. Check every shipment billing, and apply for payment.
4. Make good shipping record, filing all shipping documents for checking purpose.
5. Other tasks assigned by the leader of the department.
Job Requirements:
1. Degree in logistics, international trade, English or other related major.
2. Be good in English reading, writing, speaking and listening.
3. Familiar with import and export declaration process, must be able to make all import and export declaration documents independently. Can handle import and export operation by sea and by air independently. Can deal with customs’ inspection independently.
4. Be proficient in MS Office and ERP, English msut be fluent.
