职位描述
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide appropriate leadership, coaching and best practice sharing to team members, regional teams and the wider MAC team.
- Coach and develop school team members to deliver key brand marketing activities.
- Contribute regularly to team discussions about MAC projects and initiatives.
- Act as a role-model within the company, providing timely appreciative and constructive feedback to peers and other key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the wider business through sharing and application of best practice.
- Lead, drive and support initiatives to support business development.
Work with the Design Manager and Regional Director of Admissions and Marketing to customise our brand visual identity in China; ensuring consistency and quality in all regional and school collateral.
- Work with the Design Manager and Regional Director of Admissions and Marketing to develop the Nord Anglia Education China Bilingual marketing strategy.
- Work with the Global Market Research Manager to leverage key data, understanding and insights to drive Chinese Brand Marketing plans within the Global framework.
- Support the development of the Nord Anglia brand USP and work with school teams to develop school brand pyramids and message houses.
- Support China / parent segment understanding and competitor understanding.
- Support the development of functional and emotional USPs specific to each China Bilingual school.
- Help the tailoring of school brand message track within Nord Anglia’s framework.
- Support with campaign ideas and execution for China as a region and all China Bilingual schools.
Support the development of regional marketing campaigns to build awareness and consideration of Nord Anglia China Bilingual schools.
- Work with the digital team to maximise Nord Anglia’s brand awareness across all digital touchpoints.
- Lead the development of marketing campaigns to raise awareness of Nord Anglia’s China story, including the curriculum, academic results and strength of teachers.
- Lead the day to day relationships with China Brand Agency, supported by the Communications Manager and Head of Design to develop promotional materials required for each campaign - managing the creative development of video, print and social assets.
- Work with schools to ensure campaigns are consistently implemented.
- Manage budgets to deliver brand marketing campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Drive quality and consistency of execution across our family of China Bilingual schools.
Provide guidance to schools around the execution of the brand specific to a Chinese audience and how schools can optimize the creativity of execution within our brand frameworks.
- Develop exemplar admissions and marketing materials for our schools and provide implementation guidance for schools, focused on:
-Clear visibility of brand visual identity within our school buildings.
- Clear visibility of marketing campaigns in our digital presence.
- Clear visibility of marketing campaigns in our printed collateral.
Support the MAC integration and transition plans of newly acquired schools from a brand marketing perspective.
- Work with Regional Directors of Admissions and Marketing to develop and implement brand transition plans to ensure smooth transition to the Nord Anglia Education family of schools for new builds and acquisition.
- Develop integration packs aligned to brand visual identity and the global marketing calendar - allowing new builds and acquisitions to maximise the benefits Nord Anglia.
Take a proactive approach to personal development planning using company toolkits and procedures as appropriate.
- Take ownership for personal development and work with Group Head of Brand to develop and implement a focused and straightforward Personal Development Plan.
- Take ownership for requesting feedback from others in a timely fashion.
- Provide both constructive and appreciative feedback both unprompted and when asked.
PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS - Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or a similar area.
- Above 10 years’ experience in communications or marketing related positions (agency or client side).
- Experience of executing impactful marketing campaigns across multiple channels within China.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurement, with a specific focus on the China market.
- Digital and social media savvy.
- Hands on approach to delivery.
- Highly creative with ability to think out of box.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong aesthetic eye in evaluating collateral – both in terms of design and in terms of driving effective behaviour change.
