Job Responsibility：

    

1. Coordinating with oversea suppliers for the order confirmation, delivery schedule, tracking shipment and other related cargo info. for the the machines、toolings、plates & spare parts & other non-production materials ets according to the purchase requirements.

2. Collecting internal information and confirming the purchase order.

3. pushing suppliers to get quick feedback and updating the delivery schedule share & discuss with internal dept.

4. Contacting with supplier for machine installation 、 after service、claim、payment etc.

5. Coordinating with the purchase department in headquarter to make the purchase procedure smoothly.

6. Analyzing the purchasing data and maintaining purchasing paperwork regularly.

7. Other related work from logistic operation department.

8. Creating MM, order requisition and purchase order etc in SAP, maintaining system data.

  

 

Requirements:

  

1. At least 4-year college graduate,English level CET4;

2. Well known of quality management systems or relevant;

3. Familiar with Office software usage and internet;

4. Leather-related company experience or relevant knowledge for leather industry;

5. Well known the quality system and relevant tools;

6. Trained for IATF 16949 basics and auditor.
