Your role

- To gather market information & provide basic analysis for preparing proposal; 

- To assist in building a proposal including concept, budget and to present it to client; 

- To assist Line Manager developing and maintaining client, communicating with client and advise him; 

- To manage events, including project scoping, project planning, cost estimation, and monitoring of timeline and quality; 

- To make sure deliverables are according to our clients designated guidelines and requirements; 

- To supervise and coordinate on site to ensure quality of event; 

- To coordinate with internal teams, local and regional client offices, as well as external vendors, service suppliers and partners 

 

Your talent

- Minimum 3-year experience in a similar role with an event managing background

- Solid experience & knowledge of event & exhibition production coordination

- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint Skills

- Creative mind and good problem solving, reactive and proactive

- Good at both spoken & writing English and Mandarin
