根据图纸及实勘情况，运用估价师自身的专业技能配合市场人员、设计师按时保质保量的完成项目的投标工作，并对中标项目进行成本分析，协助有效的控制施工成本，定期对施工项目的单项成本进行追踪，分析实际生产力

[任职要求]

· 相关专业大专及以上学历，3年以上相关行业同等职位工作经验

· 较好的英文阅读及书写能力

· 工作细心尽责

· 熟练运用办公应用软件
