Job Description:

The Process Automation Specialist is responsible for analyzing AS-IS business processes and system to identify improvement opportunities and collaborating with CSRs and partner functions (mainly IT) to develop and deploy automated solutions with better efficiency and quality assurance.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements from CSRs and Team Coaches, and work closely with BPCs and CS Leaders to analyze, evaluate and propose the best automation solution;
  • Leading the design, development and test of automation (workflow) tools based on the requirements by leveraging the both internal and external resources;
  • Develop and deliver training to CSRs and provide responsive support for issues escalated by CSRs;
  • Monitor and analyze automated workflows/tools performance;
  • Advance the usage of Microsoft and other IT tools and applications in E&I customer service team; train and support CSRs in daily use;
  • Network with IT function and stay up to date with DuPont digital solutions;
  • Support E&I customer service digital projects (RPA etc.) in process analysis, process & predictive modeling and converting them to an Automation Specification;

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (major or minor) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years working experience with Sales & Marketing process knowledge and understanding of Digital Automation and AI (such as RPA/iRPA, ChatBot, and Machine Learning/Predictive modeling etc);
  • Proven working experience with process improvement and tools development with Microsoft technologies (Excel Macro, Power Automate, Power BI, Flow, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Good communication skills. Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely and ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Software development experiences with tools (such as SQL, Java, web, and .Net) is a plus
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
