This is a Leader position of a worldwide top 500 enterprise:

Roles and Responsibility:

1.Lead a development team in project analyse/design/delivery;
2.Provide consultancy on technical issues/initiatives;
3.Contribute to the improvement on system Performance/Reliability/Security etc.
4.Act as the window between the team and other project teams or business departments;

Requirement:

1.6 years or above software engineering experience on Java development.
2.Good English, communication and coordination skills
3.Banking / Finance background is a plus (investment banks or buy/sell side firms).
4.Experience with real-time trading and portfolio management applications is a plus.
