岗位要求：

1、根据公司战略目标，制定电子商务整体运营方案，包括各类电商平台的搭建及运营管理；

2、策划网店并进行日常的经营，包括店铺整体的页面规划、产品上下架、数据监测、客户服务、商品管理、物流管理等；

3、负责公司重点产品（美妆护肤、体育用品）的包装打造，促使产品快速上市并形成销量；

4、根据官方活动，利用营销工具，策划各类宣传活动，提高商品浏览量及排名；

5、掌握电商市场趋势和发展变化，不断探索及更新营销模式，使商品营销方式多样化；

6、定期对推广效果进行跟踪，评估，统计分析，向管理层反馈运营情况并提出改进措施；

任职要求：

1、本科学历，3年以上电商运营经验，熟练掌握各种站内操作规则及技巧；

2、具备较强的电商运营知识，能指导电商平台规划、设计、推广、销售、客服和物流等板块；

3、有丰富的线上活动推广实操经验，知识面广，思维活跃，了解新媒体的特点，精通当前各类网络营销推广方式；

4、具备较强的市场分析、营销及解决问题的能力；

5、有淘宝直播、抖音、快手、视频号等实操经验；

6、能力突出者可升级为公司电商事业合作伙伴，详情面议。
