岗位职责:

Responsibilities: (This list may not include all of the duties assigned)
? Obtain status of unpaid bills, communicate to domestic or overseas insurance providers by emails & phone calls for payment collection
从高端保险公司处查询账单的理赔状态，与国内外保险公司沟通账款事宜。
? Communicate with individual patients for payment collection, who has unpaid bills remaining.
与病人沟通未结算账单的付款事宜
? Maintain system records regarding to patient accounts and communication history
录入和维护系统记录
? Paper-work on depositing overseas payments to clinic accounts and uploading the details in systems.
处理外汇入账流程中涉及的纸质文件，完成在相关系统录入款项数据的工作
? Financial reconciliation between systems and financial booking
协助财务处理关于病人或者保险公司款项的收账和对账工作
? Other assignments by the supervisor/Manager. 其他由上级领导指派的任务

Skills:
? Language skill on Chinese and English;拥有中英双语的语言能力
? Communicating skill in interacting with patients 良好的沟通互动能力
? Coordinating skill in dealing with problems 协助处理和解决问题的能力
? Management skill in time and workload 合理管理分配时间的能力
? Utilizing skill in Microsoft ware functions 灵活运用常用office 软件功能的能力
