1.负责AP经济学课程的教学工作，每周至少16课时，每节50分钟（课时数量和时长根据教学部实际情况随时做出调整，但总时长不变）；

2.对AP考试有深刻的研究，发音标准，思路清晰，表达能力强；

3.掌握有效的教学方法，善于调动课堂气氛，具有实际的教学经验并取得良好的教学效果；

4.及时跟进学生的学习效果，应需求不断改进、提升教学方法；

5.根据学校提供的教学材料和课程大纲制定学期教学大纲和教案。参与教研教学任务，营造英文教学的环境；

6.按要求记录学生成绩和整理学生信息；根据学校需求与家长进行沟通；

7.参加学校组织的各项文化活动和品牌宣传活动；

8.上级交代的其它工作。

任职要求：

1. 全日制本科及以上学历，经济学相关专业，身体健康，热爱教育；

2. 能够英语教学；

3. 有AP经济学及相关课程或同类的2年以上教学经验；

4. 能够辅导学生相关AP课程的考试培训，教学方法灵活多样，条理清楚，逻辑严谨，善于活跃课堂气氛；

5.具备较强的沟通能力，关爱学生，了解学生需求；

6.考过托福并获得高分者优先考虑.托福（总分100以上，单科24分或以上）;

7.熟练使用计算机和办公软件；

8.具有高度的敬业和专业精神，有团队合作精神和组织协调能力。
