岗位职责
1.开展有计划的营销活动，进行销售访问，在访问结束后，撰写销售访问报告，并为每个客户建立档案，有计划地发展新客户；
2.整理归档酒店宣传资料，拟写函件、新闻稿、柬帖，处理来往信件，做好部门的设备、办公用品，物品的管理工作；
3.负责商务散客的订房，负责旅行团，会议等团体预订的住宿、餐饮、用车等安排，做好VIP的接待工作；
4.参加业务洽谈，受委托与旅行社、集团消费单位签订销售合约，协议和办理续约手续，同时要做好各种订房资料、合同、客人资料等的档案工作；
5.及时检查销售工作和计划实施情况，专员之间应经常互通信息，协调做好重要客人的促销工作；
6.定期向销售经理提交工作报告，市场情况，存在的问题及今后工作的建议及设想等。


岗位要求
1.语言能力：流利普通话，良好语言表达能力和英语口语
2.仪表：相貌端庄
3.特殊要求：
　a.具有公共能力，谈判能力，善于接触各类型的客人；
　b.负责星际酒店、大型会所的客户维护和业务谈判工作；
　c.在客户服务和媒体关系管理上，接受过良好的系统训练，具有优秀的人际沟通技巧；
　d.有在星际酒店公关部、咨询公司工作经验者。
