1. 协助上级领导制定、完善、执行公司相关的政策和制度，以便优化行政流程，提升行政管理效率，确保行政成本的有效控制。
2. 负责行政后勤工作管理：餐厅管理、车辆管理等相关事项；
3. 负责行政、后勤供应商的监督和管理；
4. 负责公司证件的年审管理工作；
5. 负责协助员工预订机票、酒店或签证办理等；
6. 负责员工考勤管理；
7. 负责员工关系管理；

  8.  负责工作报表；

  9.  其它上级领导交办的其它事宜；

任职要求

1. 全日制本科以上学历；
2. 具备良好的逻辑能力，理解和沟通能力，学习力；
3. 具备良好的主观能动性；
4. 熟悉office软件操作，熟悉文书书写；
5. 英文能力良好；
6. 具有1-2年左右大型工厂人事行政工作经验者优先。
