About the role:

• 提供进驻客户工作现场的行政设施后勤管理服务
• 工作地点为广州市天河区太古汇

What this job involves:

• 收发室邮件收发及登记
• 会议室预订及管理
• 办公用品采购及管理
• 清洁，绿化等设施管理供应商的工作协调
• 主管安排的其他工作

Sound like you? To apply you will have:

• 大专以上学历，主修行政管理，物业管理或其他相关专业
• 1年以上相关行政后勤管理经验
• 良好的沟通协调能力，良好的客户服务意识
• 工作积极主动，具有团队精神，独立开展工作，能承受工作压力
• 熟悉电脑及办公软件的使用
