职位描述

一、拓展主管岗位职责
负责本部门对外拓展工作的安排、指挥、协调,制定拓展策划方案组织实施.
负责组织市场信息的收集、整理、分析工作.
负责在公司授权范围内,选择、决定对外承接项目的立项工作,并报公司主管领导审批 .
负责组织、实施招投标活动,
负责对标书,管理方案进行审核、修改,征询其他相关部门的意见,并报公司领导审核.
负责对外承接项目接待、洽谈,组织完成合同的评审,签订和续签工作.
负责组织建立健全部门岗位职责,规章制度,操作程序等.
负责处理对外公共关系,支持配合配合分支机构的工作.
完成公司领导按排的其他工作
主管业务员岗位职责
负责市场信息的收集整理、分析,提出意见和建议,并填写《项目分析报告》,报部门经理审批立项,
负责对外拓展项目的前期联络、沟通、商谈及跟踪,并建立档案。
完成管理方案、标书的编写,并负责初步审核、修改。
负责按要求起草《物业管理顾问聘请合同》、《物业委托管理合同》及《物业管理方案纲要》,并报部门经理审批。
按照部门领导安排,布置业务员的工作,并负责业务指导。
了解、跟踪对外承接项目的进展情况,提出总结报告。
联系,安排对外承接项目物业管理合同的签定和续签工作,并填写《物业管理合同评审表》
与公司其它业务部门联系,征询对管理方案的意见和建议。
完成领导安排的其他工作.
业务员岗位职责

参与完成管理方案、标书的编写、修改。

与公司其它业务部门联系,征询对管理方案的意见和建议。
