职位描述
JOB SCOPE
To lead the center's aggressive recruitment plan as we ramp up our operations in China. More importantly, the individual will ensure that we acquire the right talent for the positions available in the center, from frontline associates to some leadership roles.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
? Assist Manager to develop and execute recruitment strategy and service delivery; direct talent sourcing and staffing processes; Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally.
? Manage talent resources and develop recruitment channels; follow up and coordinate with recruitment channels
? Maintain the existing resume database and ensure that an organized, up-to-date filing system is maintained for resumes of all potential candidates;
? Work closely with operations and various functions within the center to define their needs and execute hiring plans;
? Active use of recruitment tools and interviewing techniques
? To maintain and explore efficient recruitment channels
? Execute pre-screening and/or final phone/face to face interviews for junior and mid level posts & supports all parties in concern with assessment.
? Develop recruitment materials including advertising campaigns, interview/selection tools, website content, onboarding toolkit, etc;
? Sourcing and screen resumes and conduct interview under the instruction of direct supervisor
? Support immediate supervisor for ad-hot HR projects
? Support annual recruitment fairs at the universities.
? Manage recruitment advertisements and ensure that they reinforce the corporate identity, project a professional image;
? Provide competitive analysis, benchmarking, trends within the market overall and survey data.
? Be aware of confidentiality in HR; Ensure the timely and confidential management of employee data;
? Participate in ad hoc assignments as required.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED
? Some supervision from Assistant Manager, Human Resources. Able to work independently and initiatively provide suggestions and solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS
? Bachelor degree or equivalent educational background
? 2-3 years experience in recruitment, recruitment experience in call center is preferred
? Good command of verbal and written English ability
? Strong interpersonal communication skills
? Work independently and collaborate well with other teams
? Attention to detail
? Proactive working style and good team player
? Be able to work under pressure
