Responsibilities:
Sourcing Audit
? Assess the reasonablity of material purchase price by performing ongoing price audits to items with material buying cost through a period, and/or has critical impact over finished product's performance.
? Independently audit the price of specific items as requested by top management and key process owners during the risk assessment and/or audit planning process.

? Track and analyze the market supply and price trends of key commodities and/or items
? Independently audit the compliance of purchasing functions to set KPIs.
? Conduct operational audits on the sourcing function such as process flow reviews, audit of procurement transactions and
others in line with Internal Audit projects
? Identify critical risk areas and corresponding risk impact and key controls as a result of the sourcing process reviews
? Identify improvement opportunities from sourcing process review and recommend feasible solutions for process
enhancements

Operational Audits and Compliance Reviews
? Conduct financial and operational audits within Group, as assigned
? Document process flow, identify internal controls and test their effectiveness.
? Interpret results, assess impact on risk exposures and formulate improvement opportunities.
? Draft and report findings with recommendations.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.

Experience
? At least 1 - 2 years of audit experience in manufacturing industry.
? Wide knowledge of electronics manufacturing will be an advantage.
? Working experience in MNC is preferred.

Special Skills, abilities and knowledge required
? Sound knowledge in market supply of electronic components or mechanical parts.
? Knowledge in vendor sourcing and price negotiation
? Good interpersonal and communication skills
? Strong analytical skills.
? Good command of Mandarin and English (both writing & speaking).
