Job Description:

1. Be responsible for the overall processing, following-up and coordinating of Sales Order from Robot configuration, booking Sales Order, following order progress, collecting payments, releasing delivery, till recognizing sales revenue;
2. Act as liaison between Sales and Production by closely following-up and updating status of order readiness, coordinating order change, order delivery issues and so on;
3. Work with Warehouse, Imp. & Exp., Finance on various order management issues;
4. Support Controlling on providing Cash-flow forecast, revenue forecast and other order related reporting data;
5. Other tasks assigned by management.

Requirement:

1. More than 3 years experiences in order processing, commercial, international trade and so on, holding Bachelor degree of relevant fields. Work experiences of Automation industry is a plus;
2. Command the knowledge of supply chain, international trade, customs affairs, and finance;
3. Skillful at SAP operation, deep understanding of SAP SD module process;
4. Diligent, loyal, strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented and disciplined;
5. Logic, mature and independent at thinking, strong at problem analyzing and problem solving;
6. Good at communicating and coordinating, excellent team work spirit;
7. Excellent in written and verbal communication in Chinese and English, German is a plus. Fluent at MS Office.
