2、及时跟进新产品推广贴，提高产品的知名度： 
3、及时处理投诉贴，安抚客户情绪，维护品牌形象； 

任职资格：
1、有较好的文字功底，具有一定的话题炒作能力，沟通能力强； 
2、熟悉论坛运营规则、熟悉互联网语言、熟悉贴吧，知乎后台运行技巧、并能够与互联网用户进行友好互动； 
3、敬业爱岗、责任心强，有良好的协作和服务意识； 
4、有良好的沟通能力、随机应变能力；有良好的组织协调、压力承受能力； 
5、习惯关注互联网科技相关的新闻及用户评论
