Waters is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to work collaboratively with other team members on the implementation of our new Salesforce platform and Digital Transformation. In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced, agile environment with a diverse team that possesses a true passion for technology, transformation, and outcomes. You will play a key role in the implementation of Waters new Salesforce platform, harnessing the power of cloud, big data, and AI for the changing future of Waters field operations both Sales and Service.

Work collaboratively with Business and IT leaders on the design and development of Waters’ new Salesforce platform and associated business processes.

Communicate regional needs and work collaboratively on solutions to meet those needs.

Diagnose complex technical issues and interpret user requirements to provide solutions in conjunction with internal and external architects, developers, and administrators.

Perform QA testing, systems integrations testing, performance testing and assist with User Testing for iterative development cycles.

Maintain Salesforce Users including roles, profiles, groups, and permission sets

Configure and enhance platform in areas, such as, workflows, approval processes, sharing rules

Build reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity

Assist with the analysis, testing, and roll out of Seasonal Releases, Instance Refresh Maintenance, and Sandbox seeding

Assist in creation of training materials and execution of end user training and adoption plans

Occasional travel within the region as required to support project implementations and resolve longstanding support issues.

Minimum of 2 years Salesforce administrator experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage laterally & upwards across multiple groups including Technology, Operations, and end user groups.

Self-motivated, team player with strong organizational and investigative skills

Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines & effectively prioritize across multiple tasks

Experience with Sales, Lead Generation, or Field Service processes a plus

Experience on agile projects in an analyst or similar role involving gathering & articulating business needs and designing and implementing solutions

Fluent in English / Mandarin

Salesforce administrator certification desired
