Responsibilities

• To be responsible for daily IT support.
• Maintain local area network system, email system, Windows server, backup equipment and telephone system.
• Provide support for hardware and software installation and professional software (including attendance system and financial software) maintenance.
• Manage IT asset (notebooks, desktops, telephones, servers, network, etc.) and ensure they are in good working condition.
• To be responsible for handling the Corporate office on network security matters.
• Ensure a proper and complete on-site and off-site data back-up at all times.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for staff regarding .the usage of IT application and network problems.
• Work with European IT team to assure smooth and effective delivery of IT services.
• Other office support as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in PC / Network support / administration, multinational company is preferred.
• Good knowledge on software and hardware troubleshooting, familiar with most popular network equipment.
• Strong technical skills in MS Windows 7/Office 2010/XP/Office 2003.
• Experience with telephone system, VoIP, audio/video conferencing as a plus.
• Good in written and spoken English.
• Good communication skills, self-motivated and good team work.

Guangzhou Spengler Automated Vending Technologies R & D Co., Ltd was established in October 2005 and is located in the Guangzhou Science Park.

The company is engaged in the design and development of vending machines and equipment, researching related technologies and manufacturing vending machines for the global market.
