Purpose of position 职 位 定 义：
Tests, inspects the finished parts/products and complete the failure analysis according to company standards.
　　　　　　　　　　
RESPONSIBILITY 职 位 描 述：
1.Analyse Internal and external failures(scraps, rework,return etc.), find out root cause, and coordinate and drive corrective
and preventive action, insuring scraps within the control limit.　　　　　　　　
2. Control the Red Zone materials, adjust the FS system for the process scraps, prepare the regular failure report.
3. Collect quality data via production report and control chart etc.,coordinate actions, help achieve target yield.
4. Conduct process audit, assess process capability and coordinate improvement actions.　
5. Handle AIF(production problem report).　　　　　　　
6. Make testing fixture for final inspection and testing. 　　　　　
7.Assess and approve the qualification of direct operator.　　　　　
8.Analyze defects from production lines, customer and field　　　　
9. Collect and analyze defective data, provide quality improvement proposals to related departments.
10.Strictly follow the OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001,TS 16949 requirements
11.Assist the QC pillar activity and push WCM to expand in MMGZ　　　
12.Complete work task delegated by higher leader.　　　　　　

Job Requirment 岗位要求：
1.College or above degree,major in electronic or related
2. Knowledge about quality system and quality tools
3. Electronic application knowledge.
4. WCM related pillar's Knowledge and Skills
5. Knowledg and skills about OHSAS 18001, ISO 16949, ISO 14001
