Based in Guangzhou, and working closely with HVS Beijing and Shanghai, you will have the opportunity to manage projects and advice clients on hotel and resort developments and investments. Training will be provided for the suitable candidates.

Requirements:

? No less than 2 years of experience in hotel or real estate consulting, research or development
? Bachelor degree in hospitality, real estate or related disciplines
? Experience in business development, sourcing and securing assignments an advantage.
? Strong analytical and problem solving skills
? Good command of written and spoken English
? High integrity, responsible and good interpersonal skills
? Self-motivated with strong time management ability to prioritize deadlines
